Our Consultancy includes:
  • Design of the size, shape and depth of the pool as per the required bather load calculations. (As per the international standard manual)
  • Design of the civil structure and necessary structural design, depending on soil conditions.
  • Design of the diameter of filters, pumps, number of inlets and outlets, and plumbing system based on velocity and flow parameters.
  • Design of lighting system with due consideration to luminosity, cabling and transformers.
  • Present necessary shop drawings for execution.
  • Preparation of BOQ and budgetary estimates.
  • Provide supervision for execution on need basis.



    • For any real estate development, there are consultants for plumbing, electrical, structural and lot of other consulting agencies for different aspects in construction.
    Construction of the swimming pool location and plan is usually designed by architects for builder, residential, school, colleges, hotels and resorts. There is no consultancy services as of yet for swimming pool and water bodies.

    When an enquiry is floated for pool construction each vendor comes up with their own design and BOQ's, depending upon their personal experience. This causes confusion as each vendor claim their design and quotation to be the best. This further contributes to delay and confusion as clients and architects are unable to decide upon the optimum design. It therefore becomes difficult to compare apple to apple. The working design of swimming pool is an area that is under scrutiny.

    Our promoter Ashok Bhandary is a Graduate Engineer and a Certified Pool & Spa operator from the US (CPO®). With his 30 years of experience in design and execution of swimming pools, we provide practical approach to the consultancy aspects.
